Conveniently located within walking distance of stores, grocery stores, and 3/4 block to beach access.

The Ocean Walk pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

About the Area

Located near the beach, this condo is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Smith Island Museum of History and Franklin Square Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Bald Head Island Information Center are also worth visiting.
