Savor a opulent experience in a brand new modern home (constructed 2024) that is walking distance from the waterfront, the Wilmington Riverwalk, Riverside Park, and Live Oak Pavilion.
Outside, you can appreciate a front porch swing, an upper balcony with seating and ceiling fans off of the primary suite and a private fenced backyard with Adirondack chairs to savor.
Indoors, enjoy an open floor plan on the first floor that includes a newly furnished living area along with a completely equipped modern kitchen with granite countertops and a breakfast bar with stools. There is a desk with lighting and electrical outlets for your phone and laptop. You'll also enjoy a huge pantry/closet in the dining room that is light and bright with seating for six. You'll also find a well equipped laundry room with washer/dryer, a drying rack, iron and ironing board, mop and vacuum for your convenience.
