This unit is BRIGHT & AIRY with a rear pond view at the 4th hole of the golf course. There is a NEW 50" TV in the family room and a 43" TV in the primary bedroom. NEW CEILING FAN/LIGHT installed in each bedroom, family room and rear porch. The primary bedroom has a QUEEN size bed, dresser & chest of drawers, tv, chair and on-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a QUEEN bed, nightstand and dresser. The third bedroom has FULL & TWIN beds, 2 chests of drawers and modest nightstand. The guest bath has a full size shower and full size washer & dryer for your use. Both bathrooms have hair dryers and motion detector nighttime lights.
TOWELS & BED LINENS ARE PROVIDED so no need to pack your own! In addition, there are 8 BEACH TOWELS for your use as well. Travel size shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap is supplied to START your hideaway, as well as, 4 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels in the kitchen, 4 tall kitchen garbage bags, 4 dishwasher pods and 4 laundry pods. The completely equipped kitchen is complete with dishes, glasses, silverware, pots & pans, cooking silverware, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, stove and refrigerator for ease of cooking onsite when you'd like. WE LOVE appreciating coffee and a bagel on the porch in the morning watching early golfers and listening to the birds.....ZEN!
Our condo is approxmately 1335 square feet with an open floor plan. The porch can be accessed through the family room or primary bedroom.
There are 2 pools onsite, one hot tub, tennis court, shared outdoor grille areas and three 9 hole golf (Dan Maple Designed) courses onsite with a FRIENDLY golf staff, Pro Shop and Bar/Restaurant for breakfast & lunch. PLUS, there are 35+ PUBLIC Golf Courses within a 15 mile radius of Sunset Beach. WOW!

Sunset Beach is the southernmost barrier island in NC. Features the 900 foot Sunset Beach Fishing Pier and is a short walk/boat ride to the Bird Island Reserve. Ocean Isle Beach is roughly 5-6 miles north of Sunset Beach and then there is Holden Beach, Oak Island and Caswell Beach. Just a few miles south of Sunset Beach is Calabash, NC, known as the 'Seafood Capital of the World' due to its signature style of preparing fresh catch starting in the 1930's!

Pool FOB Replacement FEE - $75 each if renter loses a FOB.

TV REMOTE Replacement FEE - $100 each if renter loses a remote.

QUIET TIME: 10pm till 8am (PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF YOUR NEIGHBORS)

NO FEEDING THE ALLIGATORS OR ANY WILDLIFE. The HOA imposes a $500 FEE to the homeowner which will be REQUIRED to be paid by the renters.
