The home offers a commercial gas range, 2 commercial fridges, high capacity steam washer and dryer, wine storage and cooler, a microwave, additional enormous granite kitchen island with deep well sink in disposal, feet-friendly composite decking, under-cabinet LED lighting, dual deep sinks in the kitchen, and a coffee station with Keurig and regular coffee maker. New for 2024, a stand alone ice maker in the first level den area. 2 Sleep Number beds in top floor bedrooms. Updated paint, furnishings, and elegant décor throughout.

Covered porches on all three levels provide fantastic ocean vistas. This home offers private beach access, along with a swimming pool (open from Easter - October), an enclosed outdoor shower, and a boardwalk shower. With six bedrooms and six and a half baths, including two primary suites with flat-screen TVs, and a second-floor den that includes a wet bar and microwave, this Hobbs Intelligent Home is a roomy beach escape! The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and bags up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality!' Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including K cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually help. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • On check-out day, complete a final walk-through to confirm you haven't forget anything. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
