This vacation rental welcomes up to two dogs per reservation year-round and for off-season monthly units.

Ocean view, Yaupon Dunes condo located on the second floor with a covered balcony. Condo community amenities include a shared elevator, seasonal pool, hot tub, bicycle racks, park grille and picnic area. There is also a designated Yaupon Dunes walkway to the beach located across the street with a gazebo. The master suite features a walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom also has a designated bathroom that adjoins both the bedroom and hall. Three TV's (1 65-inch, 2 55-inch) with over 150 channels, Roku TV, three Blu-ray players and high-speed wireless internet. Guests will savor the quality construction and furnishings. Wood floors in living area, luxury vinyl in the bedrooms and ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. The open kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and quality cookware. The condo is conveniently located across the street from the Oak Island Pier and its adjoining eateries. Conveniently located to other island amenities. Two parking passes are supplied with each rental. Both covered and uncovered parking is available at the condo community.

The Yaupon Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

About the Area

Located near the beach, this condo is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Caswell Beach and Bay Beach, while Smith Island Museum of History and Franklin Square Gallery are cultural highlights. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting. Get the most from your spending budget:

  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers typically offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.
