Come and "Sea" us right in the heart of Bald Head Island Marina at this four bedroom four and a half bath home! This home has a reverse floor plan which is made to savor the handsome water vistas in the harbor. The first floor has two bedrooms with queen beds with their own bathrooms. The second floor is the living space and kitchen along with a half bath. The third floor has another queen bedroom with its own private bath. It doesn't stop there! There is a crofter located right above the garage next to the home with its own little getaway that has a two twin beds and bath. Talk about porch space, this home has a swinging day bed downstairs on an open porch to appreciate the salty breeze and the living space on the 2nd floor has a screened in porch overlooking gorgeous sunsets.   • June, July, and August are high season in the Southport area. To find the best value, try changing your vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer warm temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
