We are located on a shared private lane with two other cottages which is what makes this bungalow so cozy and comfortable! Unwind and relax in the homey living area, or on the private front porch. Grab some steaks and grille in the enormous private completely fenced backyard were you furry friends can run and play.
The bungalow is also a very short walk from a little goat farm where you can sit on a bench and feed the goats for 25 cents, weather permitting. If you're lucky you may see a little infant goat. Ask me for directions!
We supply enough paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, tea, sugars and creamers to get you through your first couple of days. For longer stays there is a Food Lion supermarket less than 2 mi from the bungalow.
There are 2 designated gravel parking spaces for the bungalow, one in front and one on the side of the bungalow. PARKING ON THE SHARED LANE OR GRASS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED!
For the safety of our guests the bungalow has 2 active cameras overlooking the driveway/lane and front door and they record video and audio. These devices are on the exterior of the property and do NOT face in to any windows.
We allow up to 2 dogs for an additional price of $25.00 per nighttime. Dogs must be leashed at all times while in the front of the home, but can run and play in the entirely fenced in backyard. We ask that you please pick up any pet waste in the yard - we leave waste bags at the bungalow for you as well as dog bowls, a dog bed, and a dog towel for your use.

Live Oak Bank Pavilion and Wilson Center at Cape Fear Community College are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Brooklyn Arts Center at St. Andrews and Carolina Heights. Traveling with kids? Consider Wilmington Railroad Museum, or check out an event or a game at Legion Stadium. Jet skiing, kayaking, and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
