About this Property

This is the West Side of a humongous oceanfront duplex, each side boasting 2500 square feet of very livable space -5 bedrooms, 5 baths, two huge living areas, big kitchen and dining, monumental front porch, and an additional enormous private pool that is shared only by the two sides of the duplex. Summer 2020 brings new windows in the living room and dining room, new cordless blinds throughout the home, new railings on the upper outdoor space, pretty new updates to the kitchen and dining area.
