All bedrooms have TV with cable. First Level: One bedroom has a King bed and en-suite half bath (toilet and sink only). The second bedroom has a queen bed and a double bed. There's a full bathroom in hallway. Second level: One bedroomhas a king bed and en-suite full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on top, and a single bed. These two bedrooms share a full bath. There's also an additional twin rollaway bed available.



Conveniences include access to two community pools in the Island Park community, one of them only about a block away, enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, well-appointed kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, crock pot. The huge family room features 70” flat screen TV with cable and ceiling fan. Additional amenities include high chair, iron/ironing board and secured Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats eight; there's also a game table with four stools, and there are two stools at the kitchen bar. A card table and 4 chairs are also available for additional seating. This property is a short walk from the beach access, the community pool and community sound side dock. The community dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. Make sure to have your camera ready for some great sunset photos.
