Lily's Cove is located in the exact same building on the opposite end so we can now provide even more striking booking opportunities for bigger amounts of guests (depending on availability) and literally a catwalk bridge from unit to unit away. P.S. on that walk over from Avalon's Cove to the now available Lily's Cove, take in spectacular vistas of the Carolina Beach Lake...especially at sunset. You now have access to Sunrises in the am and Sunsets in the evening inside and outside of Lily's Cove. And we run our properties personally so you will be presented with the same 5 star experience across the board. Constructed in 2018, our end-unit condo provides all the modern conveniences you could wish for, set against the vibrant backdrop of Carolina Beach.

The cavernous open floor plan is bathed in natural light from the sizable sliding doors with a completely equipped kitchen. The living area features a Brand New wall-mounted 55" Intelligent TV, inviting you to relax after a day of beach fun. Appreciate your morning coffee or a sundowner on the over-sized covered balcony, providing the ideal blend of sun and shade while overlooking the the countless ocean beyond.

Our master bedroom offers a Queen Bed equipped with a luxury gel memory foam bed, private full bathroom, and sliding door access to the humongous balcony to take in the exceptional oceanfront vistas. Watch your favorite shows on a Brand New 55" TV before drifting off to the sound of the surf.

The second bedroom features 2 twin beds and another 50 inch intelligent TV to sit back, relax and stream your favorite shows after a gorgeous day on the beach. Also boasting Vibrant wall art and AMAZING sunset vistas overlooking the lake from your window. A Pack'n Play is also available for our younger guests.

As our guest, savor an array of amenities to make your stay memorable. These include under-building covered parking (2 parking passes supplied), a lockable storage closet on the ground level equipped with beach chairs and sand toys, beach showers to rinse off, New 55 inch intelligent Tv's to stream your favorite shows or movies, and complimentary WiFi. Entertainment is at your Fingertips at Lily's Cove.

We have a NO FAMILY PETS policy so we do have a Video Doorbell by FRONT DOOR ONLY. This video doorbell is in place to ensure no animals are brought into our condo. We have guests at times who have pet allergies. We want to ensure everybody is extremely comfortable. Video Doorbell is also in place to ensure our cleaners, any home repair professionals etc show up on time and remain on schedule to make sure your stay is TOP NOTCH. Plus, my wife and I use it while we are there and includes the doorbell function with chime as well. Thanks so much for your understanding.

The condo's kitchen is complete with a coffee maker and Keurig, toaster, microwave, stove/oven, Whirlpool refrigerator, dishwasher and all of the amenities you will need such as plates, bowls, glasses, silverware etc. And we have a washer and dryer just off of the kitchen to handle any laundry needs.

When you're not on the beach, cool off in the saltwater splash pool or fire up the community charcoal grilles for a oceanside BBQ.
