Identical Queen bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, full-length mirrors, walk-in closets, and a balcony! Downstairs there is a completely supplied kitchen, laundry, open living and dining area, and a half bath. While there is no designated parking space for the condo, there is plenty of street parking available right in front of it. This place has everything you need for your downtown vacation! Across the street from celebrity chef Vivian Howard's Pizzeria and fantastic bars and eateries. Your Wilmington Vacation Awaits!

Guests will have full access to the entire condo, balcony, and patio. There is a locked owners closet in the entryway for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use.

There is no dedicated parking at the townhouse. There is plenty of street parking available out front or on the side street at the corner of the building.
