• Bedroom 5: Two Twin-over-Twin bunk beds
• First-floor family room: Queen sleeper couch

Bedroom 4 and its private bathroom include accessibility features such as a wider entry, pocket door, accessible shower, grab bars, movable bench, and adjustable-height hand shower.

KITCHEN, DINING AND LIVING SPACES

The open second-floor main living area takes advantage of the home’s ocean vistas and gives your group plenty of room to gather.

The kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a convection oven, convection microwave, peaceful dishwasher, and two 25-cubic-foot refrigerator/freezers. It is supplied with dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, and serving pieces for huge groups.

The main dining table seats 12, with additional seating at the kitchen bar and outdoor dining areas.

The second-floor great room features comfortable seating, a 60-inch Intelligent TV for streaming, YouTube TV, fireplace, Sonos audio, and sizable windows overlooking the ocean.

A second family room downstairs gives kids or another part of your group their own space, with a 55-inch Intelligent TV for streaming, YouTube TV, entertainment area, and Queen sleeper couch.

One of the best parts of My Happy Place is the outdoor space.

Savor more than 1,250 square feet of decking, including two huge ocean-facing decks and rear decks overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.

Start your morning with coffee and an ocean view. Spend the afternoon at the beach or beside your private pool. Then head to the rear deck for an Ocean Isle Beach sunset.
