This is the ideal OIB home for your family vacation, any time of year. Located on the lower end of a canal toward beach - short 3 min. direct walk to the Raeford St. ADA-accessible beach access (no steps make it simple to transport all your beach gear).

New for 2023: Private heated swimming pool (11 ft x 20 ft; underdeck installation due to canal restrictions). For previous guests, the pool replaced the previous hot tub. We also have replaced all of the decking on the broad decks overlooking the canal and made other updates.

This home has been newly remodeled in 2021-23 with luxury finishes throughout. You’ll appreciate the freshly refreshed kitchen, all new master bath with sizable tile shower, new granite counters in all bathrooms, and new 65” TV in the family room.

Appreciate the sunsets, waterfront vistas, and outdoor relaxation and dining from the 5 decks overlooking the canal, including a rooftop deck with vistas to the ocean and across OIB. Dock your boat (direct access to ICW) or use the included 4 kayaks.

Two of the 5 bedrooms are located on the main level, and the remaining three on the upper level. The 5 bedrooms can sleep up to 14 adults and kids (2 king beds, 4 queen beds, 2 twin beds). 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms, while 2 of the bedrooms share a 1.5 bathroom between them (ideal for families/kids), with a powder room (1/2 bath) on the main level.

The kitchen is freshly modernized and has everything you could need, including new appliances, indoor seating for 12 (8 at table, 4 at bar), and ample cookware and dinnerware.

The wifi/internet is high-speed (400mbps) and all TVs are new intelligent TVs with all of the apps you'd expect for use with your streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime, HBO+, Youtube TV). Use of our Youtube TV account is supplied for streaming local and cable channels (major networks, ESPN, etc.).

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Sticking to a spending plan:

  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is the most expensive season in Ocean Isle Beach. To find the largest rental home within your budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Southport attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • Some owners offer promotional rates for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Property management companies typically offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses.   • Just before checking out, complete a final walk-through to make sure you didn't forget any personal items. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a wonderful stay? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
