The top floor offers ocean vistas and gourmet living, boasting a sprawling, open-concept floor plan—ideal for togetherness. Top Floor: Two bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with a queen bed), each with a private ensuite bath, 40” TV, ceiling fan, closet and shower; plus a half bath. Access from the living room to the giant covered deck with enormous dining table and rocking chairs.

First Floor: A relaxing Master bedroom with a king bed, ocean view, 40” TV, ceiling fan, closet and shower, plus two additional spacious bedrooms (one with two queen beds and one with two twin bunk beds + a twin trundle bed), each with an ensuite bath, 40” TV, closet and shower/tub combo. A laundry room is also conveniently located on this floor. Deck access from the den for swinging in the ocean air.

Ground Floor: shuffle board game, play area, inside access to golf-cart garage, storage, second refrigerator/freezer, and car port; parking for five cars; electric car charger; private pool (pool heating available for an additional charge) and private outdoor shower; gas grille.
