The condo comes with access to the Islander Resort's oceanfront community pool, which is just half a block away. Guests also have access to the close by tennis/pickleball and basketball courts at Islander Villas. Other amenities include an elevator, an outdoor shower, central heat and air, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave, and both a Keurig and a regular coffeemaker. There are five TVs, a blender, ceiling fans, an iron and ironing board, a wet bar, and secure Wi-Fi. You can savor YouTube TV streaming on Roku in every room and comfortably log in to your own accounts for trendy streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Amazon Prime Video (personal subscriptions are required for these services).

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes Vacation Rental By Owner’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
