The cleaning fee includes towels and linens for your stay; however, you will want to bring your own beach/pool towels. While we do provide some items to get you started, here are a few things to bring:

Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.

You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at Southport restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
Some hosts and property managers offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group.

Upon check-out, complete a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget any personal items. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
Walk through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
