Savor eating outdoor on the screened porch that includes a dining table for 6 plus additional seating, and a gas grille just off the outdoor door. There is also a huge laundry room with stackable washer and dryer. The thoroughly supplied kitchen includes a microwave, toaster oven, blender, filtered water, electric teapot, and coffee maker.
