This glorious, well-appointed private West End oceanfront home (3K, 2Q, 2T) has a hint of rustic with a boatload of magnificence! The enchanting inverted floor plan offers unsurpassed vistas from five-bedroom, six-bath layout with a top-floor den (QSS) and sunroom overlooking the shining Atlantic. It's really the ideal choice for your family's best vacation ever.

The attractively landscaped and gracious exterior living area is delightfully created with a private swimming pool and screened oceanside hot tub, an outdoor cabana with a wood-burning fireplace for cooler temperatures (firewood and matches are not supplied with the rental), as well as covered porches. Part of the beauty of the home being located near an inlet and beachfront, is the actual distance to the sand and surf are subject to change, as are the dune structures. High tides and forces of nature create phenomenal, natural tidal pools to sun or play in.

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and suitcases up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules. Note: The fireplace shown in the photos is not operable.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. Holden Beach and Big Beach reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Holden Beach. Reserve your rental property in Fall or Spring months to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some property management companies offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family.
  • Property management companies often offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for details.

  • Walk through the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition.
