Discover our magnificant upper-level condo! This 2-bedroom gem features a versatile loft that can sleep 2 or double as a TV/game room. Savor a master suite with a private bath and a comfortable guest bedroom with a full bath. Unwind on queen beds in both rooms, plus 2 twin beds in the loft. Cook like a pro in the completely equipped kitchen, or dine on one of two decks with tables and chairs. Appreciate flat screen TVs in the living room and loft, a dining table for 6, and a kitchen bar for 4. Cruise around on the 4-person golf cart or ride the adult and kids's bicycles. Beach chairs, toys, and body boards are ready for fun. Since May 2013, we've upgraded nearly everything inside, including linens, beds, towels, kitchenware, furnishings, lamps, sliding doors, and the golf cart. This condo is a dream come true!

About the Area

Located in Bald Head Island, this condo is near the beach. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Oak Island Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at The Clubs at St. James and Southport Marina. North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport and Bald Head Island Information Center are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Finding the best rental home value:

  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Reserve your rental property in Fall or Spring months to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses.
