Discover our striking upper-level condo! This 2-bedroom gem features a versatile loft that can sleep 2 or double as a TV/game room. Savor a master suite with a private bath and a comfortable guest bedroom with a full bath. Unwind on queen beds in both rooms, plus 2 twin beds in the loft. Cook like a pro in the completely equipped kitchen, or dine on one of two decks with tables and chairs. Appreciate flat screen TVs in the living room and loft, a dining table for 6, and a kitchen bar for 4. Cruise around on the 4-person golf cart or ride the adult and kids's bicycles. Beach chairs, toys, and body boards are ready for fun. Since May 2013, we've upgraded nearly everything inside, including linens, beds, towels, kitchenware, furnishings, lamps, sliding doors, and the golf cart. This condo is a dream come true!

Located in Bald Head Island, this condo is near the beach. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Oak Island Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at The Clubs at St. James and Southport Marina. North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport and Bald Head Island Information Center are also worth visiting. • Summer months are high season in Bald Head Island. Book your rental in Fall or Spring to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
• Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Hosts sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
• Booking websites usually offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.

• Be a good neighbor. Often times, surrounding homes are filled by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
• Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
• Lock your rental property while you're gone! Don't let thieves spoil your holiday.
• When it's time to leave, take a walk-through to make sure you haven't leave anything behind. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your group have a great stay? Most rental websites make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear about it.
