Inside, the bright, open layout includes inviting living and dining areas, a entirely equipped kitchen with breakfast counter seating, and a 75" HDTV with Netflix and Wi-Fi. Ceiling fans throughout keep guests comfortable, and the refreshed décor, floor, and bathrooms add modern style to your stay.

Each of the four cavernous bedrooms features a private full bath and a TV with Netflix—three bedrooms have 32" TVs, while the loft bedroom has a 50" HDTV for an enhanced viewing experience.

Step outside to savor a huge, full-width sun deck furnished with cushioned lounge chairs, rockers, and dining tables. Take a dip in the 36’ x 16’ private pool, walk down your private boardwalk to the beach, or rinse off in the enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower. Additional amenities include a park-style charcoal grille and ample paved and covered parking under the home.

Bed linens supplied (beds in bedrooms only) for weekly units. Towels not included but available for rent through Coastal Vacation Resorts. A Welcome Amenity Bag supplied with weekly units and contains starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit is included for weekly units. (Guests should still plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used.)
