Exterior amenities include an outside shower, permanent grille, screen porch, roof deck, sun deck & covered porch. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING
