We welcome you to our little slice of heaven and we hope you will appreciate our home away from home in Sunset Village at Sandpiper Bay. Our 1300sq foot, second floor condo is full of coastal colors and accents and has everything you need for a calming vacation. The condo has 3 elegantly furnished bedrooms, 2 full baths and will sleep 6.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, private bath and access to the screened in balcony with beautiful vistas of the water and golf course. The other two bedrooms contain queen beds. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV and cable.

The main living area features an open concept with vaulted ceilings, a huge picture window that looks out on the water/golf course and access to the screened in balcony. The kitchen is entirely equipped with all major and modest appliances including a dishwasher and has everything you need to dine in the comfort of our condo. The living area includes a NEW 36” flat screen cable TV and DVD player, and we have plenty of board games to entertain guests of all ages. The private screened in balcony is complete with loveseat and chairs overlooking the water and golf course.

For your convenience, bed linens and bath towels are supplied with your rental. Wireless internet is also included. And, of course, we have a full-size washer/dryer.

Local amenities include two swimming pools (opens April 1), outdoor hot tub, tennis courts and outdoor grille. Sunset Village is surrounded by Sandpiper Bay, a Dan Maples-designed, award-winning 27-hole golf course. There are over 30 public golf courses within 20 miles!

We are a hop, skip & a jump to Sunset Beach which has miles of white sand beach and includes handicap access. Sunset Beach and the surrounding areas have great dining with amazingly fresh seafood. If you are looking for some nighttime life, outlet shopping or attractions, Myrtle Beach is less than 35 miles away.

About the Area

Located in Sunset Beach, this condo is next to a golf course and on the waterfront. Sandpiper Bay Golf Course and Willard Byrd Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve. Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions.
