Fun, Sun and Ocean and Marsh vistas. It doesn't get much better than a great location and great home to make your vacation the best ever. This Dog friendly island home on the beautiful 3rd row has everything you are looking for at the beach. Great vistas, sizable outdoor decks to savor the great weather, a short walk to the beach with magnificant beach access and very comfortable living and sleeping areas! The enormous open living area and kitchen is ideal for catching up with family and friends. The comfortable bedrooms are equipped with a King, Queen and 2 twin bunk beds. The completely outfitted kitchen is ready for you to make your favorite meals and the gas grille comes with a full propane tank waiting to be used. You don't have to wonder about the little things....just appreciate and make memories on your time well spent. There is an outdoor shower to wash off the sand from the fun day at the beach and then plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy your favorite drink with family and friends reflecting on the day together.

*On January 10th, 2023 the Oak Island Town Council voted to approve paid parking on the island. The paid parking will be in effect from April 1 through September 30th and the hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The cost is $5 per hour, $20 per day and $80 per week.*

FAMILY PETS: Limit of 2 dogs - A non-returnable $200 pet fee will be added to the booking for bringing a dog. If you break home rules and bring more than 2 dogs, a $500 pet fee will be charged. If the reservation is marked as no family pets, and evidence of pets is discovered from your stay, you will be charged the non-returnable $200 pet fee plus a $500 pet remediation fee.
