This is a 5 bedroom, 4 bath home in the Island Park community of Ocean Isle! Which includes two community pools and docks. Located on the charming West End of Ocean Isle, tucked away quietly on the end of Sandpiper Dr. which backs up to a huge pond and has a short walk to the beach access! Each bedroom and living room you will find equipped with Intelligent TVs for all of your streaming needs. Wifi is 1GB with a mesh network system- so you will be sure to have no issues with your streaming anywhere on this property! The home rental does not include linens (linens, towels, washcloths, etc.). You are welcome to rent these from one of the local vendors or bring your own. Family Animals allowed. We charge a non-returnable $150 pet fee per stay. The limit is one dog of any size, but please reach out if you have multiple pets. We appreciate animals and are happy to accommodate. No cats allowed. Please ensure dogs are crated when unsupervised. The property has security cameras for safety located at the front door and back stairs.
