Livin’ the Dream

Welcome to our little piece of heaven in alluring Sunset Beach, NC. We are less than 2 miles from the pristine sand of Sunset Beach and the Atlantic Ocean, ½ mile from the bridge and 3 blocks from the Intercoastal Waterway. The community boat launch is less than 1 mile away and we have room for your boat on-site at our property.

Property Highlights:

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers accommodations for up to 8 guests (sleeping accommodations for 6 adults):

• "Coral Reef" Master Bedroom with King bed and private bathroom (standing shower with separate tub.)
• "Beach Days" bedroom with King Bed
• "Sea Life" bedroom with 2 twin beds.
• A pack and play with linens are supplied for any little ones.
There is also ample space for air beds (not included) in the Coral Reef bedroom, "Beach Days'' bedroom as well as in the living room.

The 2nd bath is adjacent to the “Beach Days” and “Sea Life” bedrooms and has a shower/tub combo. Each bath is equipped with a hair dryer.

The Living room and ALL bedrooms have flat screen TVs with ROKU (just sign into your account). Free Wi-Fi is supplied with rental (password is in the Welcome binder)

ALL linens is supplied. All linens, quilts and bed covers are washed between guests, and rotated between 3 sets so, your linens and towels have been washed, and sat in rotation just as an additional layer of protection.

Bath towels, hand towels & wash cloths as well as starter body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bar soap and toilet tissue. Additional Bath linens are available for an additional charge. Simply let us know the quantity needed and we will have those available and add the additional charge to your booking. We also provide the use of beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys for the kids. **Bath towels are not to be removed from the home**

The kitchen is completely outfitted with dishes, silverware, drinkware, pots, pans, cooking silverware, dishwasher, dish towels and starter paper towels, dish detergent and dishwasher pods.

The laundry room offers washer, and dryer with starter laundry pods and dryer sheets, as well as an ironing board and iron.

The front and back screened porches are the ideal place to relax for your morning coffee or evening adult drink.

FAMILY PETS are welcome with a NON-returnable deposit. We require that family pets are crated when the traveler is not present in the home and ask that pets not be allowed on the furnishings or on the beds.

Lawn care normally takes place on Monday of each week and takes roughly 30 mins.. Please understand, the day may change depending on the weather. We apologize for any inconvenience, however this service is necessary.
