We are only a 4 min. walk to the charming beach. Home is all upgraded, and we have all amenities for your family & friends, so come and savor!! We can provide OIB references, if needed. We have outside living space for your enjoyment and gatherings. We have a few beach toys, chairs, towels and a carrier with big wheels for your beach goods. Kitchen has all required needs, along with additional outside eating dishes, serving trays and cups. Unwind on the screened in lanai, and appreciate the upper deck vistas!! We have rented and been renters for over 30 years and dog friendly as we know they are our kids. We have tried to ensure we help visitors have a blast! 2 king Bedrooms, 1 Queen Loft and one Bunk Bed room with Full on bottom and twin on top!. All Intelligent TV’s for streaming and great location.

About the Area

Located in Sunset Beach, this vacation home is next to a golf course and near the beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

How to book the best rental experience:

Sticking to your spending budget:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Southport area. To get the most suitable rental home within budget, we suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.
  • Look for your local visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local stories, visitors guide magazines have deals for nearby restaurants, attractions, and tours.

  • If there's an individual Southport beach you are crazy about, look for homes that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your needs.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with a disability. .
  • Traveling with pets? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask your host before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional pet fees or costs could be applied to your invoice.

Know before you go:

  • Be sure you get the property manager's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental home.
  • Record any damages to the rental during check in, and immediately send them to the host. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are useful if a dispute arises.
  • Property managers are there to help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like troublesome visitors bothering your quiet neighborhood. Use the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great local food and attractions you would've never otherwise known about!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are away, just like you would back home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a great time? Most rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or host was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
