The open-concept layout flows from a roomy dining area to a centrally located kitchen and a bright, airy living room that opens to a private covered balcony. The balcony offers sweeping vistas of the Atlantic Ocean and coastline, ideal for appreciating the sunrise and morning coffee or evening ocean breezes with a glass of wine. The designer kitchen is completely outfitted with all the cookware, tools, and appliances needed to prepare meals for the entire family. A shared gas grille is also available on the property adjacent to the pool.
The primary suite offers a peaceful getaway with generous space, ocean and coastline vistas, and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower. Two additional bedrooms offer private space for additional family members or friends; the guest bedroom features a queen size bed and the bunk room includes twin size bunk beds with a trundle for sleeping up to 3 kids or young adults. The additional bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower and tub.
Each bedroom includes a intelligent TV with streaming services available. High-speed wireless internet (2.5 gbps) is also supplied.
Guests savor exclusive use of the entire unit, as well as common access to the property's resort-style amenities including a striking pool, hot tub, sundeck, and direct access to the beach. Please note the pool and hot tub are closed during the winter season.
Guests also appreciate exclusive use of a beach locker in the parking area with beach chairs, beach cart, and beach toys supplied.
We provide the basic necessities to make your stay most fun, including luxury Beekman 1802 body wash, shampoo, and conditioner; paper towels and toilet paper; dishwasher and laundry detergent; coffee bar with coffee, tea, sweeteners, and creamer; and olive oil, salt, and pepper.
