New King bed in 2024. The main living area plus a bedroom & bath have Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) floors. In addition, we purchased comfortable family room furnishings. New comforters have been added to the bedrooms. Finally, it was time to purchase a new A/C unit. Hope you appreciate the upgrades to our home away from home. We always get comments about our well outfitted kitchen!

The villa also includes a huge dining table with 8 chairs plus breakfast bar with 4 bar stools, entirely equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, wet bar, top of the line appliances.
