New King bed in 2024. The main living area plus a bedroom & bath have Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) floors. In addition, we purchased comfortable family room furnishings. New comforters have been added to the bedrooms. Finally, it was time to purchase a new A/C unit. Hope you savor the upgrades to our home away from home. We always get comments about our well supplied kitchen!

Conveniences include 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms (2 tubs and 2 shower stalls), 9-foot ceilings and LVP & ceramic tile floors throughout, digital cable, wireless Internet, flat screen TV with USB port, a DVD player, and a stereo with a CD player in the family room, Samsung Wireless Intelligent TV's in each bedroom. The villa also includes a enormous dining table with 8 chairs plus breakfast bar with 4 bar stools, entirely equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, wet bar, top of the line appliances.
