This apartment is walkable to everything downtown has to offer and comes with a designated off street parking spot. From the paint colors, to the linens, tile, fixtures and furnishings, everything is new and cultivated specifically for the space, with no expense spared. Two sleep comfortably and have plenty of space in this 1 bed, 2 bath stunner with full kitchen and living room.

This apartment is located in the ideal location to discover downtown Wilmington! You can park in the designated parking spot and never have to get in your car again. The entire property was lovingly remodeled and blends modern amenities with the historic touches that you'd expect of a historic home.

The roomy living room centers around a decorative mantel and has plenty of seating space for you to relax and relax at the end of the day. The sizable bedroom gets plenty of natural light and features a king size bed and handsome constructed ins. We do have a locked closet for owner storage, but other than that you are able to use anything in the home. There are 5 other apartments in this home, but they all have a completely separate entrance. The only shared spaces are the backyard and parking areas.
