Located directly accross the street from the beach access, pet friendly, tasteful and inviting decor, plus all the amenities of home, this is the spot you've been waiting for.

The bright sunroom offers plenty of natural lighting and provides a comfortable area to savor your morning coffee. Step inside to find an open concept dining and living area with fresh décor, refreshed furnishings, plus flatscreen TV. The entirely outfitted kitchen has everything needed to prepare and share meals together.

Sand Dollar getaway has four bedrooms. The Master suite includes a King bed and shared access to a full bathroom. There are two Queen bedrooms, plus the bunk bedroom with an XL Twin over XL Twin bunk bed. The second full bathroom is off the hallway, and the sizable laundry room at the back of the home with washer and dryer available for guest use.

Savor the sunshine or shoot the sea breezes from one of two new outdoor patios including a grilling area with propane grille, picnic table, Adirondack chair seating plus the enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Parking instructions:
There is a modest gravel area, located outside of the fenced in yard, that will fit up to 4 cars (depending on size). Any additional cars that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

PROVIDED: WIFI, completely supplied kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bicycles, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also included for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.

Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A max. of 2 family pets are allowed. ONLY DOGS ARE ACCEPTED. The pet fee is $200 plus tax per pet. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-returnable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet max. policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

**Please note:  All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.**

No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Family Animals must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31.

  • Go through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
