All guests must sign an Affordable Generous Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Substantial Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Extensive Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.


All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

When to reserve a Southport rental & When to go:

  • Summer months are high season in the Southport area. Book your Southport rental property in Fall or Spring to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
  • In the Southport area, The earlier you can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved early. Booking your rental home 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
