Welcome to our 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home located on a double lot with copious room for boat parking or multiple cars. Our home has a BRAND NEW A/C in 2019. Home is located only 2 blocks from Davis Canal public dock. Clean, comfortable home in the wooded area of the island. The home is walking and cycling distance to the beach.

Come with your own boat! Optional boat dock available for rent within walking distance of home. Deep water on canal for only $25 per nighttime. Contact us for more details!

Our thoroughly modernized home currently has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The home located on 2 tons with bounteous room for boat parking in front or beside the home. Thoroughly remodeled home will have brand new appliances and modern bathrooms. One bathroom includes double shower heads! Our home has a cute loft with a SMART TV that is ideal for children!

Our home has dining area, kitchen & generous living room. The living room has a sectional couch, ceiling fans and end tables. A sizable flat screen TV & DVD player. High speed internet with Wi-Fi is available for your use.

The kitchen is supplied refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, standard coffee maker, stove/oven, microwave, blender, coffee cups, glass wear, silver wear, wine glasses and all other standard necessities for the kitchen and more.

Check-In is 4:00pm EST and Check-out is 10:00am EST

If you would like to bring your well-behaved dog, please message me BEFORE making a renting. Dogs are allowed only with prior approval; $75 non-returnable pet fee (2 dogs max.; no cats or other dogs and cats accepted).

If the rental home and/or property manager was top notch, they will likely appreciate your recommendations.
