When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
Airbnb guests must sign an Affordable Substantial Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Extensive Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Generous Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.



All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a special rate.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for details.
