THE LOCATION

Ocean Isle Beach NC, is the ideal spot to savor a coastal vacation. Sea Esta is only a ten-min. walk to attractions, bars, and eateries. This home is located in, "The Resort at OIB." Property owners and guests will appreciate an oceanfront clubhouse with a private beach access, oceanfront pool, private bath and crab dock all within a five min. walk from the property. There is a golf cart parking area, making it painless to pack up all your beach essentials and enjoy a day in the sun! This freshly constructed home is located on a slow traffic road with a designated bicycle path.

PROPERTY DETAILS

This property comes entirely supplied with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and calming vacation. Conveniences begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 8 cars. There is a private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details), tiki bar and outdoor shower. Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The first floor has a pool table and wet bar, and the second floor also has a huge open living area and a convenient wet bar. This home is very cavernous. The elevator makes this home handicap friendly. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grille. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure.


One four-seater street legal golf cart will be supplied for all stays checking in on May 18th, and checking out on September 7th 2024.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Pool heating is an additional $80 per nighttime with a 3-nighttime minimum. If you would like pool heating, please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay. *Please note* pool heating is only available between October 1st - May 15th.

Family Animals are not allowed at this property.

Pre-approval is required for events under age 30.

Smoking is not allowed at any Stellar Beach Property.

Outdoor perimeter security cameras are in place for the safety of the property. There are no cameras inside the property.

Fire pits and deep fryers are not allowed for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.



CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.

We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.

We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting. Surfing/body boarding, fishing, and swimming offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.

  • To get the largest rental within your budget, we suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities.
