Pets must be of select breeds, non-shedding, 2+ years old, up-to-date on all shots, treatments and crate trained. Due to allergies cats cannot be accepted. We do not accept aggressive breeds.

This cavernous one bedroom, one bath, second floor vacation rental includes a king bed and 1100 square feet of living space. It is a mile from Sunset Beach and between Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC. The villa overlooks the breathtaking Maples course--one of three signature golf courses at Sea Trail Resort.

Unwind in comfort in the sizable living room with a flat screen TV and comfortable seating. The screened porch is accessible from the living room and bedroom. Sprawl out on the king size bed and appreciate not only the view but your favorite TV shows also.

About the Area

This condo is located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, and is next to a golf course and by the sea. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
