Striking 3 bedroom and 3 bath villa located directly on the 18th green of the golf course with great lagoon vistas! We are walking distance to the BHI Club as well as a short 2-min. walk to the beach! The kitchen and baths were freshly refreshed with delightful countertops, stainless steel appliances and wood floor throughout. The master suite has a queen bed overlooking the great vistas of the golf course! The guest bedroom downstairs has a king bed and full bath. Upstairs there is a queen bed, full bath and balcony. We also have an outdoor shower! A BHI Lifestyle membership to the BHI Club may be purchased separately.

Sticking to a spending budget:

• To find the best rental home within your budget, we recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.
• Find a copy of your local Southport visitors guide magazine upon checking in. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local stories, visitor guides contain offers and deals for local restaurants, attractions, and tours.

Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes pull out couches in living rooms. You'll need to work out what is best for your vacation family.
• If there's a particular Southport beach you love, keep an eye out for rentals that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your desires.
• Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.

• Re-check the property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the property a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
• Leave a review! Property managers rely on great ratings to compel future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will appreciate that you share your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review.
