Meletis At Sunset, a striking, privately owned linen ready (for 2023) canal home located on the East end of the Island. Interior amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 6 color cable TVs, 2 DVD players, WIFI, fireplace & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include 2 outside showers, permanent grille, screened-in porch, sun deck, covered porch & a floating boat dock. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.

About the Area

This vacation home is located in Sunset Beach. Rees Jones Golf Course and Willard Byrd Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve. Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting.
