All guests must sign an Affordable Extensive Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Sizable Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Grand Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Get the best value:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Book your Southport vacation home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
  • The earlier you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are reserved very early. Reserving your rental home up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.
  • Often, management companies supply Southport area visitor guides that include coupons, either offered directly by local companies, or through a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself.
