Island Time, a privately owned home and is located at the West side of the Island. This bright, well maintained 4th row, pet friendly home, just a walk away from the beach. Interior amenities include WIFI, central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave, coffee maker & 5 color TVs. Outdoor amenities include an outside shower, screen porch & roof deck. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** home and accepts up to 2 dogs per rental unit for an additional FEE. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING. Nightly units require a departure maid service.

This vacation home is located in Sunset Beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the property to confirm you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and scan for damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
